Bank-Side a watercolour painting by Alison Erridge – along the bank of stones and trees at the edge of the road.
This watercolour brings the natural growth and beauty of our landscape to life. Alison Erridge is the artist of Bank-Side a watercolour painting and it depicts the row of trees and rocks alongside the country lane. Alison’s use of watercolour shows the unspoiled nature of the country laneways. The shapes and structures of the bank in summer time with the light across the fields behind are typical of our countryside. The cool nature of the colours is typical of the trees in our hedgerows.
